These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Totly - Baby Tracker ("App"). By installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App.
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use by parents or legal guardians to organize and track daily activities (sleep, feeding, care, notes, reminders, etc.). The App is strictly for informational and organizational purposes.
3.1. Not a Medical Device. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or health condition.
3.2. No Professional Advice. The App does not provide medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice and is not a substitute for professional consultation with a doctor.
3.3. User Responsibility. All decisions regarding a child's health are made by the user at their own sole discretion and risk. Data entered into the App is for personal reference only.
3.4. Emergencies. If you suspect your child is ill or in case of an emergency, do not rely on the App; contact a doctor or emergency services immediately.
4.1. Data Entry. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the data entered into the App.
4.2. Push Notifications. The Developer does not guarantee the timely delivery of push notifications or reminders. The functionality of reminders depends on your device's operating system settings, battery optimization modes, and other technical factors.
4.3. Medication. You strictly should not rely solely on the App for the administration of medications. Please use secondary methods (e.g., physical alarms) to track time.
5.1. "As Is" Basis. The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

All rights to the App's design, source code, logos, and structure belong to the Developer. The user retains rights to their personal data entered into the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the Developer's jurisdiction.
